when i click actor. there is no “known for”, “filmography”
how do i fix it ?
Assuming you are using the new agents, Plex Movie and Plex TV Series ( which are required), make sure Include adult content is disabled in the advanced settings of the libraries

That’s a web version from August 2022, and since Discover Credits was released around November 2022 IIRC, your web app is probably too old to access it, even if your libraries are set up correctly. My guess is you’ll either have to use the Plex-hosted web app (app.plex.tv), or update your server to a version that has a newer bundled web app.

it is really weird.
in Plex window player i can see all the info , “known for” “filmography” …
but in chrome… there is no info…

but still no information , in Plex windows it show well.

yes app.plex.tv is totally working.
after i updated plex server(i assume it includes new plew web player) and i newly added library , it is now working all “discover credits” is showing. thank you so much.

I have/had same problem. Before I reinstall my Linux server few weeks ago, I had filmography when I click on actor, and everything was OK. For reason that are not important for this topic, I reinstalled Linux OS and installed latest Plex version. I sett up Plex by my usual way, as I always do, and I notice that when I enter movie, and click on any actor, I got only list of the movies that are on the server, and that have that actor in that movie.
And past week I was going through all the setting and everything to find a flaw in my settings. And nothing!
And I tried what you suggested, to disable “Include adult content”, Filmography started to work imminently!!!
But why? Where is the connection. Where is the logic?? Can someone tell me?
