This is certainly an edge case but plex should really fix it.
Artist annie the clumsy https://annietheclumsy.com does not use capitalization with their name, its all in lower case. If you look https://watch.plex.tv/en-GB/person/annie-the-clumsy and within the show https://watch.plex.tv/en-GB/show/sunny plex uses the correct capitalization.
However, via https://app.plex.tv and other plex apps capitalization is being applied Annie the clumsy which it should not be (see screenshot below).
Looks like this is from PMS which probably has logic to capitalise certain tags. I don’t see this on my side when the Discovery source is enabled but do see the PMS data is returning it differently.
Ah okay. I was going to go check the db to see if it might be a metadata issue rather than a client issue but got lazy 
I do have discovery disabled but do see the correct name within discovery credits. Its only the Cast & Crew that seems to have this issue.
