So I created this new Library for Training. Going through and adding in shows and all the shows to date when I click the Edit icon on the show itself and then go to the Labels section, when you click inside Labels it’ll show existing labels to pick from the drop down list. But this is no longer happening now on new shows. I added 3 labels (two of which I used previously), and now they show in dropdown list

But I’m not sure where my other Labels are.
Going on to Categories within the Library there are more

But they are not showing an option sometimes. Ie, the second most recent training I put in, I see this:

Then on the most recent Training I put in - same library - I orig saw the whole selection of existing categories/labels, but then I cancelled out to go get the previous screenshot and now when I go back in it’s this little list of 3 and not all the rest.
Why are all the categories/labels not showing up as options?
On that one training I put in ‘Guitar’ as a label, but you can see in the Categories menu that Guitar is not there at all

So on this one I have Music even set as a Label

But when clicking on the Music category, it is not there - there’s only one other one

It’s like there’s somehow two sets of Categories, but in the same Library and I can’t figure out why.

Edit - when I went in to the new one again, now the “other” list is showing:

Are you confusing labels and genres? In some of your screenshots you show what you have set for labels. But your last screenshot, which has the larger list, shows genres.

Genres determine what is shown in the on the Categories tab (and what is contained within the various categories). Labels just provide an identifier you can reference in other places (filters, sharing restrictions, etc.).

Wow, I must have been half asleep and didn’t realize I was on the ‘Labels’ area instead of the ‘Tags’. I feel dumb right now. LOL
