CCextractor is producing anagrammed words from my DVR closed captions

Due to plex does not support closed captions, I’m using postprocessing script with CCextractor V0.85b in windows to extract closed caption to srt file.

However, CCextractor will produce anagrammed words in some of my recordings.
Here is an example:

I tried ffmpeg by this method to manually extract the closed captions. It works well but takes much longer time than ccextractor. Also I don’t know how to write it in the postprocessing script, as this commend somehow doesn’t accept any space in the file name.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem in CCextractor, or if there is any other programs in windows that can extract the closed caption?

I don’t use the feature but mcebuddy has an option to extract Closed Captions, there is a note that it only works with North American NTSC Closed Captions.

The last free version of mcebuddy was 2.3.13.
