I have a samsung TV and HTPC with a Pulse-Eight CEC adapter. It works fine with Kodi. I am trying to switch from Kodi to PMP but cannot get the CEC to work properly. Whenever I switch away from the HTPC source and disconnect CEC I cannot then reconnect my Samsung TV, it identifies the Anynet+ source but can’t connect. I can navigate to the correct HDMI input and see PMP but can’t connect to the CEC unless I restart PMP and it works again. As I said, Kodi doesn’t have this issue so I can work around with the Plex for Kodi plug-in but have had some issues with responsiveness and would rather ditch Kodi.
Any suggestions?
