Century Link Modem Swap, Remote Access lost

Looking for some advice here from anyone with Century Link, or someone whose experienced this.

Yesterday I swapped from C1900A to a C3000Z and lost remote connection. The previous modem didn’t have a manual port forward set-up, and was working for about 2 years. I attempted to set-up a manual port forward/static IP Combo on the new modem, and couldn’t get that to work. Canyouseeme.org couldnt reach it.

I swapped the modem back, and still couldn’t gain remote access. I checked the GUI, and it looked similar to the new modem, outside of the manual port forward.

Here’s my Set-up:

I have a MyCloud External Hard Drive connected via ethernet to my modem.

I have my Plex Server connected via ethernet to my modem.

I can reach my Hard Drive through the PC -> Via the network connection and play the content.

Im using a windows 10 computer, My Network settings are still set to “private”

I have allowed Plex through the firewall.

Im not too familiar with modems, so Im not sure what to try next. ANY advice/Steps would be appreciated! Thank you guys!
