Still cant connect to remote server

I still can not connect remotely, if I select manual port it will connect for a second then say not available again. I have tried everything I have read on forum and looks like its a big problem across the company, I paid for pass and it wasn’t cheap. I cant use the service that I paid for.

What is the operation system you’re using to host your Plex?

Windows 10 on a really nice desktop that is crazy fast… It’s so weird. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you try shutting down windows firewall just to test?

What’s your network topology ?

  1. PC --> Modem/Wifi Router ?
  2. PC --> Wifi Router --> Modem ?
