When looking at your account, you have one active server named MediaCenter with a valid certificate, as well as a huge amount of old servers no longer active, and some has the same name as above!
Do you want me to clean it up, and reissue a new cert for you?

Now restart your PMS, wait 2 min, and then try and access it again

So you now have what’s considered a new unclaimed server

i deleted too much then? it only showed 1 in the authorized devices so i though it needed deleted too.
i just claimed it, and now its showing 1 in auth devices

would this effect the photo timeline. i thought i go them all but more showed up. i just bought all new drives the other day to make sure none are corrupt, or at least no more will be.

I am having the same/similar issue as described in this post CERT: Error acquiring new certificate can you give me a new cert?
I am trying to upgrade my server to a new Plex version and I cannot get HTTPS to work due to the above error.
I need someone to do whatever is needed so Plex SSO will issue me a new cert…
Cert for megara has been reset.
New certificate generated.
Restart server and all clients.
Still having the same issue. Old PMS version works fine. New one will not allow HTTPS connections.
