I have been rate limiting while trying to install a new cert

after reboot it seems stuck

Strangely I cannot connect to my plex media server on other devices within my network (192.168.0.0/24)

We didn’t receive any data from 192.168.0.245:50448 in time, dropping connection.

so I cant use the media server.

I have shut it down and will try again tomorrow

Is there anything I can do to use this within my network ?

also could you reset my limit to load the new cert?
