Hello Plex team,

My Plex server cannot get a new SSL certificate

Mar 20, 2024 16:11:24.843 [140633030368056] ERROR - CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to retrieve cert from plex.tv: 429,

Based on other similar topics I understand the root cause is that I did some experiments with mounting the certificate file (Cache/cert-v2.p12) on an NFS mount, but this is not supported and the certificate file cannot be overwritten.

I believe I fixed the root cause, could you please reset my certificate/rate limit? Should I provide you my MachineIdentifier in private?
