@man_pl you have two severs on your account. i reset both but looks like only one is current. The certs looked fine and not sure if yours is related to cert as it would be an error like below specific to cert rate limiting

In any case please try to restart your server.

I donā€™t see the other server anymore. If you can, would you be able to delete it please.

Spent way too long chasing settings on my end (VM, domains, router, etc.) when checking the logs could have saved me from pulling my hair outā€¦ lesson learned I guess.

Hi,

Iā€™m experiencing the same issue and have been stuck for 2 days now. I spent 4+ hours today trying to troubleshoot (firewall rules, NAT/PAT port forwarding, UPnP, DNS, app reinstalls) before finally identifying the root cause in my logs: the CSR upload is being rate limited with a 429 error.

My certificate has been expired for 62+ hours and Plex cannot renew it.

Could a Plex team member please reset the CSR rate limit for my server?

Plex version: 1.43.2.10687-563d026ea
Platform: Windows

Log excerpt:
CERT: Certificate expires soon, fetching a new one.
CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429 - API rate limit exceeded

Same 429 CSR issue. LAN access works, remote access broken. Log shows:

Log: CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, API rate limit exceeded
