CGNAT - My ISP willing to open a port, recomended?

Oh, I forgot: Windows 11 has also switched off the local network browser. If there is no Windows Server machine on this network (or some Linux machine with SAMBA), then you won’t see the other machines automatically appear in the network neighbourhood.
If you want to access a file share on a different machine, you better get used to the UNC notation and using local IP adresses.
e.g. \\192.168.1.231\sharename\foldername
Type that into the address bar of Windows file explorer, then press Enter.
Connecting that to drive letters, or putting a bookmark on your desktop is recommended.

Got it working, I reset the network in Win11, and the server PC showed up, then I rebooted the router and other PCs are there. but I did make a couple small tweaks.

My friend David used to always wonder why I just didn’t just use UNC to access the network, not with us anymore 58 is too young to go.

this router is not the highest end thing.

thanks again

Odds are they use some form of DHCP to assign addresses in their pool and authenticate your device, while not being a NAT. NAT takes a 192.168.1.0/16 address range and puts all of those devices behind a single IP IE 1.1.1.1, and then handles translating the traffic.
