There’s an existing feature suggestion asking for a so called “burst play” option where you tell Plex how many episodes you want to stream.
Similarly there’s the long-standing “continuous autoplay” suggestion that partially overlaps with your suggestion.
I suggest you comment/vote in those threads in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes by having duplicate threads.
