Change DVR guide information?

Hi all,

I am brand new to Plex and the forums, so my apologies if this is posted in the wrong location, but I couldn’t find a category that fit.

I’ve added the Plex Pass to my account, but the DVR guide is slightly off with one channel in particular, as the database is likely an older one which has information for the previous channel. To clarify, channel 2 is listed in the guide as MyCvl TV, which is what it used to be. Now, it is MeTV, with completely a completely different programming schedule.

Does anyone know whom I can contact to have the channel updated with the correct information? I’ve already selected the different databases available to me, and none are applicable other than this one with the old channel info.
