All channels from channel 22 to channel 85 are being matched incorrectly in the BT TV guide via plex and it is also missing channel 23 which is BBC Three. This means majority of channels have wrong guide info and therefore cannot be used to record etc. Needs sorting urgently as it has been like this for at least a week now. Im pretty sure that BT TV use gracenote for their tv guide online and that is showing correct channel numbers. The majority of the BT TV guide is the same as Freeview but freeview doesnt offer the subscription channels that BT TV guide does
I would suggest filling out the form linked in the following post. After I filled out the form, my guide was fixed within 24 hours. However, it wasn’t nearly as large of an issue as your issue seems to be.
I have reported it and its been a few days since and no resolution. I’m tempted to delete the whole DVR and re add it to see if that makes a difference
@Grooverider2016 That sucks. I’m sorry they are taking such a long time to fix it. If you don’t mind going through the hassle of setting up the DVR again in Plex, it might be worth the try to delete it and re-add it.
