I’m running PMS Version 1.18.2.2058 on FreeNAS-11.2-U7. I have a Plex Pass to enable Live TV/DVR.
What I have found is that the live TV guide has invalid program info for a particular channel and time. This is preventing me from scheduling a recording.
Here’s what’s happening:
- I want to record program A at 8pm Wed on 10.1
- The guide lists Program B at 8pm Wed on 10.1
- I set the DVR to record Program B at 8pm Wed, assuming it will actually be the program I want
- I look at the DVR schedule, it is set to record Program B at 1am Tue
So as a result of the above problem I cannot record anything at 8pm Wed on 10.1.
Things I have tried:
- refresh guide data
- delete DVR and create a new one
Neither of the above things made any difference.
I’m assuming Plex contracts for this data since it is part of the paid Plex Pass features. Is there a way to report the invalid info to the data provider and get it corrected?
