Just downloaded the latest 2.x nightly release and installed on a nuc-like PC. Working great but cannot change the hostname / client name. I follow the instructions on Renaming Player - Embedded devices (i.e. Raspberry Pi) but the plexmediaplayer.conf file is overwritten on systemctl start plex .
I’ve tried changing /etc/hostname but this file is also overwritten on reboot.
