I have no idea if this is the right group to ask this quetion or not. Most likely it is not.
My Plex service is running on a Synology NAS, type DS415+
It is possible to access it from my Windows 10 machine and I can play music.
The Synology DS415+ has two network connections (NIC1 and NIC2).
The internet connection is on NIC2 and I do some high speed, high volume data transfers on NIC1. (which is not connected to the internet)
The Plex server has selected NIC1 as the one and only network connection… and can’t find the internet, which is neede for remote access.
How can I force the Plex server to use NIC2?
The other option is to reconfigure the NAS and swap the use NIC1 and NIC2 which will involve a lot of work I’m not waiting for.
Does anybody have a suggestion?
