This Docker version of Plex allows you to change the web slideshow speed:

I’ve really tried to make it easy to get Plex Media Server up and running in Docker. As a nice benefit, it allows you to change the web slideshow speed, and to run multiple Plex servers on one host, with or without Plex login. Uses official Plex Docker container.
