Slower photo slideshow default speed

Can we please have the default speed in the photo slideshow slowed down to something more reasonable? The photos transition entirely too fast to be usable.

I haven’t seen this in the Feature Requests pinned topic, even though some semblence of the request has been reported since 2014:

I’m assuming (since there has been no @Plex response on any of these) that it is too much effort for the feature set to build a UI, so all I’m asking is that we simply change the value for how many seconds pass on the current slideshow functionality. Thanks for listening!
