Change server name of Plex in Docker

I can’t figure out how to change the (friendly) name of the Plex server, which is running in a docker on an Ubuntu server. It first took the name of the host server, but now I want to change it.
I read something about going to Settings → Server ->>
I don’t see “Server” under Settings. I am visiting server-ip:32400 if that’s correct.

It will be under your server name. in General as opposed to the General under the Web player settings.
