Changed Password, Server broken

Hello,

I am using the official docker image for my plex server on ubuntu 18.04. I changed my password to give a friend temporary access to another friend’s shared server, and then changed it back once they were done.

Now everything has gone to ■■■■. From app.plex.tv, my server is listed on the left, but It says unavailable (with the red triangle). From the SERVERIP:32400 address, it takes forever to load, and will sometimes ask me to sign in. If I have enough patience to get past this part (can take 10+ minutes of loading) It will either load, showing my server on the left (with the same unavailable red triangle designation), or it will load and not list my server at all on the left. A friend of mine shares his server with me, and I can see that/connect to it fine.

I have tried moving the Preferences.xml to/from the database directory, but not editing the file itself. I don’t see a server settings tab, but I’m unsure if that’s because of a recent UI update, or if that’s a symptom of this problem.

Changing passwords is such a small thing, can it really break an entire application? It’s amazing that I can start the server, and from the server it doesn’t recognize itself. It’s also amazing how little documentation is out on this, and how little closure there is to the documentation that is available.

Please help me, I’ve used Plex for years and do not want to lose all my watched/unwatched data for me and my users. I literally just bought a Plex Pass on Saturday too. HALP!
