I want to change the email address that’s associated with my Plex account. If I go to ‘change email address’, it asks for email address, password and verification code.
Is that the password and verification code for the new email, or is it the current password and verification code? because neither seems to work.
I know this has been asked in the past, but I couldn’t see an actual explanation.
If you request more than one reset email, please keep in mind that only the reset link in the most recent reset email we sent will work. In some cases, that newest email may not have arrived yet. Requesting a new reset will invalidate all previous ones.
Thanks dane22, so to clarify, you put your ‘new’ email address in the first box, the second box is your current plex account password, and the third presumably is the 2FA plex code (I have 2FA active)?
