This is my first time so I apologize if I am doing this incorrectly. I have a different email account with plex pass for lifetime. Sadly that email account has been terminated as it was connected to my university and I am not part of it anymore. Is it possible to switch to another email adress? I cant even log in as it keep sending password to my account which is disable due to authentication method. How can I change email adress so I can keep using my account?

In an ideal world, you should have changed the email address on your Plex account, while you still had access to that mail account.
And for a regular login, you wouldn’t even have need to access the mail inbox. All you’d need is the email address and the Plex password.
Then it is a simple matter of editing the email address here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
If you still have copies of older email from plex, or bank transaction logs, you could write to https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=billing-issues#p-contact and ask them for help.
I tried to ask the uni to prolong just a month but sadly they are quite stubborn hence I have this issue. I do have my plex logged in on my nvidia shield. Can I do something via that?
