Changing subtitle color missing, sized disabled

Using the old Plex Media Player, I was able to adjust SRT subtitle color by entering TV Mode and adjusting my settings under my user name.

The new Plex app for Mac doesn’t have TV Mode. Where do I adjust subtitle color?

I found /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Plex/plex.ini
In there are a couple of references to SubtitleColor.
So I exited Plex, opened the file, changed both, saved the file, started Plex, no effect at all.
In fact it overrode my changes and immediately set the color back to ffffff.

In there are also a couple of references to Advanced Settings. I set both to true.
Doing that gave me one extra checkbox for Subtitle Size on the film details page, when clicking the Settings Icon (3 vertical lines with dots).

So in the end I was able to get Subtitle Size working, but not color or position.
What am I missing anyone?

Subtitle color and position aren’t supported yet. You’re poking on the data but the data isn’t consumed yet. :slight_smile:

Subtitle formatting is on my roadmap.
