I’m trying to to change subtitles font’s type but unfortunately with no luck.
I tried to change the fonts.conf file but also didn’t work.
can you please help me I’m using plex on NAS “WD my cloud” and windows as well

There’s no setting within Plex to change the font of subtitles.
If you wanted to override some standard font, you’ll have to do that on the client – not the server (unless your subtitles are being burned in). Anyway that’s be quite some effort and probably reset whenever you update that client/server.
I’ll do it no issue could you please tell me how ?
Appreciate it man you have no idea how much I’m suffering of the standard font.
Sorry… I don’t have a guide/procedure to achieve what you want.
I was merely pointing out that changing some font.conf on your server won’t automatically fix things on the client.
{bump} i’m interested in doing this as well. If someone has an idea where to look, pls advise.
