When my family change user on my plex. They dont get whats available on the server. They are met with “unable to connect” and the option to “retry”
Its only available on my User
What I want to know is … is this a subscriber feature ?? If not why is this happening ? What option do I need to change in settings to get it to work ??

Plex Home used to be a subscriber feature… but from all I can find that’s no longer the case.
Did you share some of your libraries with those family members of yours?
If you did… do those libraries show in their main navigation (or under More if they haven’t yet pinned them to their main navigation)?

My main libraries only show under my user and not the others I set up even tho I have shared them. I was asking is this a subscriber feature ?
Yes; Plex Home is made for sharing with members in your household who have their own Plex account or using a “managed user”

Ok its confusing.
I use plex from my server. I have it shared to many tv’s around the house. I use the different user option. This option doesnt allow me use my libraries in other users only mine. Why ?? and can I change it ??

If you have multiple users and want them to have access to your media from your server, you need to specifically share libraries with them. This is e.g. relevant so you can control what content kids will see (e.g. no Horror or PG-13 for younger kids) – the same goes for media you don’t want to show to people outside your family (e.g. home videos might be relevant for family members but not necessarily others).
Ok Ive just checked and I have it allowed for “All Libraries”
sometimes when I access a different user it offers nothing with an option to “retry”
