Shared library access from within Home User account

Just spent a while looking for this feature and found out it doesn’t exist:

Shares from outside the Home are not accessible to other members in the Home

I’d like to suggest that this feature be added. I’ve read a couple of posts where people say this is not allowed for bandwidth or abuse reasons but that doesn’t make sense to me. If you share your libraries with someone via email address or Plex account ID, you should assume that you’re sharing with anyone in that household associated with that account. If you’re concerned someone’s going to “share” that account information with other people, un-share with them.

I think automatically being shared with all home users should just be the way library sharing works. If that’s not desirable, the person sharing the library should be able to enable it or disable it at will.

Allow managed users to have access to shared content

I have a managed user for my child. I'd like to be able to allow that user to see specific shared libraries from my friends who have lots of kid appropriate content.   I don't see this as a problem since a managed user is really just a view into the primary users account and doesn't exist outside the home environment.
