Channel can't tune in Plex Live TV

Hi all,

I’m trying to get Live TV work but i’m stuck now. Some channels won’t tune in Plex but they tune in Tvheadend with the same hardware (just stopping Tvheadend service between test). My question is why? The signal strength seems fine in Tvheadend but much lower in Plex.
