I live in the region of Montreal and I have access to some american channel. Plex found them but it won’t enable them. If I connect my antenna direct to my tv, I can see those channels very well. Why Plex won’t enable them?
The reason is that the mapping in gracenote database is incorrect. Try with a different postal code. This one should do the trick: H1A 1C2
You can also fill the EPG error form from a sticky post on this forum. It will take few weeks, but your postal code will be fixed.
