Channel Guide and Recieved Channels Outside Zip Code

I have a Synology 216play running Plex 1.11.3.4803 connected to an HDHomeRun Extend (latest model).
When scanning channels the tuner finds 34 channels however only 20 can be selected according to my zip code. The other channels are visible and are out side my zip. The Channel Guide will not add these channels. I live near the Rockford Il area and also receive channels from Chicago and Madison Wi. How do I get the Channel guide to add these additional channels? BTW the Homerun software finds and displays all the channels correctly. Any ideas?

In the meantime, you can try different zip codes. Try zip codes between the 2 main transmission sites.

Thanks! - and yes, a different zip will bring in more stations however stations still drop off, either Chicago or Madison. Just wish there was a simple way to add channels rather than a straight up single zip code and not have the Program Guide rerun.
