I have two channels which my HDHomeRun receives and are in their guide but I cannot get guide info in Plex. One of the channels is a large network station which I frequently would like to record. I have tried using zip codes closer to that station, but that just causes other stations that I get to drop off of the guide. How can I fix this?
I wanted to clarify my post. Using Manage > Live TV & DVR, I see 19 channels – 17 enabled. Clicking 17 enabled brings up a list showing Device Channels and Guide Channels which includes the other two (of 19) including correct call sign in the Device Channels column. I can then put a check mark in the left column box, and have tried changing the Guide Channels drop down, but neither seems to have any effect.
Is there no way to correct what the guide “thinks” based only on zip code?
