I have 60 something channels in my DVR right now, and they all show up under the web app, however I’m missing the last 10 or so when using the iOS app. Is there a limit on the number of channels the iOS app can display?

so apparently nobody from plex actually reads these boards? I’ve posted in the DVR section AND the iOS section and nobody at all, including nobody from plex has bothered to reply. What’s the point in there being a forum for this product if they don’t try to help you out on it?
Hi there, this is definitely abnormal behavior. Please restart PMS, go to Plex Web and refresh the program guide in the DVR settings, then once that is complete launch the Plex app on Apple TV and see if the same number of channels now appear. If not, send us your PMS and iOS logs.
This is my iPhone, not Apple TV. And I have restarted my Plex server as well as refreshed the guide and I still get the same behavior. I don’t think this is a Plex server issue because Plex web shows them all, just my iPhone, my wife’s iPhone and my iPad all show the same behavior.

Can you provide your PMS logs for us to examine? Thank you. This article shows how to grab those logs.

Nothing else needed at this time. Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide ETAs on issues being researched and worked on.
Update, I just counted and my iOS app displays 50 channels, and I have 66 enabled.
