I have my DVR setup and everything works correctly for both recording and watching live tv. I have my DVR setup with 354 channels - but only 31 are enabled. When I go to the Program Guide - everything appears as I would expect - however when I go to the Watch Now feature - which lists all my TV channels - it lists every single one of the 354 channels - even through I only have 31 enabled.
I am seeing this on my NVIDIA Shield, the Plex app on Mac, web app, and iPhone app.
I have removed my DVR 3 times - and reset up each time from scratch - ensuring I did everything correctly. I’ve refreshed the Program Guide multiple times.
I have Plex Server with DVR running on a QNAP - pointing at an HDHomeRun Prime with CableCard (Comcast). I use an NVIDIA Shield to connect to my QNAP Plex Server (I do not have the PMS enabled on the Shield).
Can you post your server log from the time span you were having this problem? I was able to reproduce something similar here, but it was caused by the program guide failing to refresh when changing which channels I had enabled.
I am having the same issue as well. On iOS I see ALL channels from FIOS ( including ones I don’t get) even though I have the server set to show a limited number.

I downloaded the logs - and I’m not sure which of the files (there are 121) that I should be looking at? The Plex Tuner Service Logs?
I see notes in the Plex Media Server log showing the complete last Program Data Re-fresh - but my logs don’t go back far enough to show the first run after I initially setup the DVR. I have 5 files - and the furthest back timestamp I have in them is 1 hour ago. I setup my DVR nearly 6 hours ago.
Some more data points to help with troubleshooting: Today was my first time ever setting up a DVR on this server. When I set it up initially - I added all channels - it ran the program guide sync. I then Modified my DVR setup - and removed unwanted channels. After re-synching program guide - all views looked as expected (only channels I have) - but it never updated the Watch Now screen - it still showed all the removed channels. I figured that it was because I let it run before I removed the channels - so I completely removed the DVR - and then re-added it - this time removing unwanted channels in the initial setup. Nothing changed (still showing all channels in Watch Now). I repeated this a few more times before posting here. I assume this is likely a byproduct of having run a full program guide sync - while having all channels initially selected. And for some reason it’s hanging onto it indefinitely.
