Ya I updated my prev post. I also posted in that channel topic. Looks like search is missing from it on plex/web all together. Search is on ios plex client but doesn’t work. Channel issue for sure looks like they need to fix a lot of issues with it. Any luck with let me watch this?

Really.... I haven't changed anything since my last commit 2 hours ago :unsure: Maybe the commit I did for Movie2k also fixed letmewatchthis.
There is another search in movie2k search for your daily dose of hi-res movie trailers. Not sure if you need/want to fix it.

Yep, your right, the results appear but error out when you click on them. Oh well that’s a job for tomorrow.
The results appear for movie 2k and play when your search the database. Just some sources are bad. Try another and it should play eventually even with plexconnect or ios plex client. Search for “thor” or something, one host will work if you keep trying to find a good source. I’m testing a movie now via plexconnect works perfectly.

I guess different web sites use different search algorithms, some will search with just one character, some need more. The channel plug-in just uses the search engine that the site in question provides.

Yes, working great with both searches in Movie2k now. I fixed the issues with the Trailer Addict Search. That site has been doing a ton of updates to their code.

Hi roidy, sorry for bumping an old thread I tried to message you buy it says you can't receive any new messages.I was wondering If the couchpotato search feature would work on plexconnect ? it works on the iOS plex app but comes back with an error on plexconnect, it would be great to able to search and add movies to the wanted list directly with the apple tv rather than the iOS app.
