Over the last few weeks, my tuner channels have been unmapping every few hours. I have to delete and create the DVR constantly. This has been happening with XMLTV and Plex’s EPG. I’ve used the most recent stable and public beta builds and I have downgraded to previous builds, but I cannot fix this issue. I am on MacOS 26. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This seems to happen when Plex refreshes the guide data. I unchecked “Perform refresh of program guide data” in DVR Settings and the channels remained mapped until the forced refresh overnight.
Do you have another program like Dizquetv, Xteve or something else touching Plex?
I was using Xteve, but switched to the Plex tuner and EPG once the unmapping initially started. Didn’t fix the issue though.
But did you uninstall Xteve, it is probably still trying to update the tuner.
So I haven’t had Xteve running since I switched to the Plex EPG. I removed it completely earlier today after seeing your last reply and just had my channels unmapped again. I don’t think that was the issue.
I have been experiencing this issue since starting up Tunarr. I have not yet set it up as a tuner in Plex, but Plex can see it as an available tuner. (This is currently shut down to see if the EPG data remains.)
Is there any reason why just having it available interferes with the EPG data?
Head over to Tunarr > Settings > SOURCES > Select the pencil icon next to your server > Verify Auto-Update Channels is unchecked.
