I recently added a ahrd drive and moved some movies from one drive to that drive. Anything new gets added to that drive. Well, around that time (I’m assuming) Plex stopped generating chaper thumbs. Video preview thumbnails are getting generated. Can somebody offer any guidance on how to investigae/troubleshoot?
That should of been fixed in version 1.15.4.919
I guess in the interim, you can analyze your videos to build the chapters/chapter thumbnails.

Selecting “Analyze” doesn’t do anything. I’m awfully discouraged.
Edit: I spoke too soon. Analyze may be working per expectations.
Can you post what PMS version you have.
Whatever the latest is. Not sure where the version number is.
So “analyze” may be working. Why it isn’t generating thumbs during the scheduled task is still an issue.
Just to get the version out of the way. You can check by right-clicking taskbar icon.
