I have a couple of files that when scraped by Plex they register as 1080p, which they should. But when I play the movie, its showing as 720p on the bottom right. Playback info shows “quality” as 1472x1072. So any idea what might be going on here??
These same movies do not have chapters after being scraped for some reason either. But in Emby it DOES show chapters. Any clue??
