Chapters missing on Plex client (Google TV and Nvidia)

Ripped my 4K copy of Start Wars Ep 4, playing back on Plex via Nvidia and in 7.1 & 5.1 audio setting - no chapters show
. Mediainfo shows 50 chapters, VLC shows 50 chapters, if I switch audio to digital dolby (directors comments) I see chapters. When I play the 7.1 audio track on the Windows player - I get chapters. I tried the 7.1 version on another TV withy the Google TV Plex client - no chapters.

I’ really confused have not seen this behavior before. I checked a couple of other movies, they are fine.

Is it possible the rip is the problem?

My update… ran this rip thru MVKToolsGui to get another copy. Put that into another Movie library on same PMS, that played w/ chapters. Moved that copy to my Main Library. Again did not play w/ chapters. Took the original 4K rip and moved it to another Movie type library, then it DID play with Chapters. WTF??? Moved to my secondary PMS and it played with chapters (original) and then back to my primary PMS, voila, chapters!!! But WHY ???
