Chapters disappearing and converting to playlist?

I’m using the older Shield TV Pro and noticed that when I play a movie through Plex (newest UI), if I press down to see the chapters the appear, then blink and then disappear and then show a Playlist icon for the movie.
Any reason why this is happening??

Hi,
I have the same probleme with my Shield Pro 2019, the chaptering works at the start of the film but after a certain playing time, it disappears after a flashing. I have to restart my Shield for it to work again but unfortunately the problem will recur shortly after.

The problem is still the same with the latest version of PLEX MEDIA SERVER (Version 1.20.3.3437).
The chaptering disappears at times.

Any word on when this is going to be fixed??? Extremely frustrating when trying to go to a certain chapter in a movie and the screen flashes, then chapters disappear entirely. The only way to get them to come back is to restart my Shield TV Pro (2019).

Getting this as well on NVidia shield. I had this occur on three movies. I was able to fix it on all three by refreshing metadata and then analyzing the video. Would be nice if it worked the first time.
