There was a few other people having the same problem, also on a Samsung Tizen
It also seemed to magically fix itself without any definitive interaction
I suggested he disable the “Quality suggestions” but he said he already did that and it didn’t fix it
AFAIK that’s what’s checking the connection speed. If it doesn’t stop after you disable it, that sure sounds like a bug, but idk
You can try it, just to see. On the TV under Video → Quality Suggestions
