Child Restriction Profile - Allow custom ratings for child managed profiles

I am based in NZ and have a couple of child managed accounts. The problem I’m having is that TV shows and Movies that use the NZ rating are not appearing in the kids accounts. The ratings are displayed as nz/G or nz/PG. To have them show I remove the nz/.

Could you allow a custom rating field with the managed accounts?
