Thanks. Iā€™ve compared to my files as well.

For me, Chrome just updated again and now wonā€™t play HEVC directly on Linux.

I get the same errors you do.
PMS detects the capability but then fails when Chrome fails to render.

Not sure if this is related or not, but if I try to play HEVC in Chrome Stable 109.0.5414.74 on Linux, the server transcodes to H264 but the video never starts in the player. It just shows a spinning progress bar.

without seeing the DEBUG logs of the playback attempt, it could be anything.

Wonā€™t even begin to venture a guess.

HEVC transcoded to H264 seems to be working again for me in Plex Web.
