Hi, I have a kodi build for windows which links several streams from xfinitytv and directv via chrome launcher
what I want to know is there a way to play these links in plex?
if so what add on do I need?

I don’t think so, as all the XFinity TV stuff is still Flash based (nevermind that comcast owns the platform most of it is served with, authenticated through, and provides the front end players for most of it, and said platform supports HTML5…but I digress)…so unfortunately I don’t know that you’ll have much luck, as I believe Plex has moved away from plugin-based streams for the Watch Later stuff.
