Plex staff, can we get some help here? I pay good money to have the download feature unlocked to me. The problem with all these streaming devices is they don’t allow downloads. There are many instances where I either don’t want to set up a hotspot or the reception is too poor to use a hotspot. I want to be able to enjoy my content with or without internet. I spent $250 on this Chromebox specifically because I could use it for downloads. When I first booted it up, it worked, saw the storage. Then when chrome updated it disappeared. There are other apps that see that storage like Netflix and Youtube but Plex doesn’t. Chrome updated and it broke that feature and it’s now on you to fix it. Please help.
