Chromecast icon in Plex desktop player doesn´t work

Hey everybody,
i recently bought plex premium and i enjoy it very much, but i have a small problem with connecting to my chromcast ultra. The button for casting ist shown in my desktop plex app, but it is dark grey and can`t be pressed. On my android device everything works fine, only the win10 player version makes this problem. Is there a way to enable the chromecast feature in the Desktopapp?

The Plex for Windows/Mac app doesn’t support Chromecast.

But why is there the button? Will the support be addet in coming updates?

That icon is also used for Plex’s own casting method where you can playback content to another Plex client.
