Chromecast - Movies stop after a few seconds

Hi I have a Chromecast and the Plex server version 0.9.9.2.374-aa23a69

If I want on my iPad(IOS7) to stream to Chrome cast no movie runs smoothly.

on the iPad I can watch the movie without problems.

 

Can anyone help how I can do that with the Chromecast?

 

 
My wireless also has 100% receiving
