Chromecast Support for Plex Live TV and DVR

Does Chromecast uses Android, does it support Plex Live TV and DVR?

I want to be able to use Plex LIve TV and DVR around the home on four televisions in use. One has the NVIDIA SHIELD, one has Roku (which I know does not support Plex Live TV and DVR right now), and the other two do not have service, but I would like to add service to.

Any advice on how I could bring Plex Live TV and DVR to all the four TV’s in my home without having to put a NVIDIA SHIELD or Apple TV to each TV, that would be great.

Just tried it, no Chromecast does not support it.

There is no way to get this feature to all the TV’s in the home without installing Apple TV’s and NVIDIA Shield essentially? How does that make any sense?

This does work on Emby, although not very reliably, but it is possible.
