Chromecast volume control from android phone

Hi,

From what i’ve seen, it’s a common issue. On my Phone, when i’m casting to my Chromecast Ultra, i can’t use my phone to control the volume. The only way i can is through the Plex app, only when it’s open.

With other apps, i can control volume of my chromecast from anywhere, even when the phone is locked with screen off. The Chromecast volume is attached to the Android volume system panel.

I’ve tried a lot of chromecast.xml solution but it seems like it won’t work.
