Hey Plex,
Just wanted to ask if there’s a timeline to correcting a couple ‘glitches’ with the Chromecast w/ Google TV Plex app functions, namely…
- In the ‘Home Screen’ hub settings (I manage mine manually), I’ve added ‘Continue Watching’ and re-ordered it to sit at the top, but it doesn’t show up when in ‘Home’. Instead, it only shows if I go into the ‘Movies’ folder and change from ‘Library’ (which is what I want it set to as I can see all my movies to choose from) to ‘Recommended’.
- Not really useful to have to fig out how to see what you’ve watched by ‘trial and error’ when the Home screen should show this (P.S. I enabled ‘Continue Watching’ from my ‘Movies’ folder and it seems to enable it for ALL my folders, as I went to my ‘TV’ folder to enable it, and it was enabled as well, even tho I just checked it before I went to the ‘Movies’ folder to do it, and it wasn’t)
- When you back out of a movie currently playing and it 1st goes to a pic-in-pic format (which is awesome BTW)… it ‘used to’ (at least I vaguely remember it doing it) list ‘like’ shows to watch (like when you only click on a show you might watch and scroll down to see some ‘like’ titles), but now it doesn’t do that (TV shows only show ‘up next’ if you’re at the end titles of an episode and there’s another episode after it, otherwise, you get nothing)
The Home hub DEF needs some correcting, AWA the pic-in-pic features fixed/re-enabled (if it did work that way).
